Daniel Rapson
Dan joined Brian Gale Surveyors in October 2018 after completing his degree at the University of Portsmouth. Since then, he has become an established and trusted member of the team.
He holds a BSc (Hons) degree, is an AssocRICS surveyor (an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and is also a RICS Registered Valuer.
In simple terms, this means he is formally recognised and regulated to carry out property valuations to professional standards.
Experience and Role
Having been with BGS since 2018, Dan has built up strong experience across a wide range of residential properties in Reigate and the surrounding areas.
As a RICS Registered Valuer, he undertakes:
- Property valuations for a range of purposes
- RICS surveys for homebuyers and homeowners
- Clear, practical reporting to support informed decisions
He understands that whether you are buying, selling or simply need reassurance about your property’s value, you want straightforward advice you can rely on.
Approach to Clients
Dan takes a calm and measured approach to his work. He focuses on explaining his findings clearly and without unnecessary technical language.
Clients value knowing:

His aim is always to provide clarity and confidence at what can be an important financial decision.
Outside of Work
Away from surveying, Dan enjoys golf and football – both playing and watching – and spending time with friends and family.
