Kelly Riddel
Kelly is the Practice Manager at Brian Gale Surveyors and plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Marketing and joined BGS in 2016 after working as a Marketing Manager for a large publishing company in London. When she moved to the area, she was keen to work for an established local firm where she could be more involved in the day-to-day running of the business and have closer contact with clients.

Kelly is often the first point of contact when you get in touch with us. She manages:
- Client enquiries and bookings
- Survey administration and reporting processes
- Communication between surveyors and clients
- The smooth day-to-day running of the practice
She understands that arranging a survey can feel unfamiliar, particularly if you are buying your first home. Kelly takes pride in making the process clear, organised and straightforward from the very first call.
Her background in marketing and client service means she focuses strongly on communication, responsiveness and making sure clients feel looked after throughout.
A Local, Personal Approach
Having been part of the practice since 2016, Kelly has seen first-hand how important clear advice and dependable service are to homeowners in Reigate and the surrounding areas. She values being part of a long-standing independent firm where clients are treated as individuals, not numbers.
Outside of Work
Outside the office, Kelly is kept busy by her two young boys. When she finds the time, she enjoys baking – often putting her organisational skills to good use in the kitchen as well as at work.
