Kirsty Warnock
Kirsty joined Brian Gale Surveyors in 2022 and has quickly become a valued part of the team. She brings a positive, organised approach and a strong background in client-facing work.
Background and Experience
Before joining BGS, Kirsty worked in the events industry. This role required careful planning, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm when managing busy schedules — skills that transfer naturally into a professional office environment.
She later took time away from her career to focus on raising her three children, something that further strengthened her organisation, patience and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Kirsty holds 10 GCSEs and has developed much of her practical experience through hands-on roles and working closely with people.
Role at Brian Gale Surveyors
As part of the office team, Kirsty supports the smooth running of day-to-day administration. Her role includes:
- Assisting with client enquiries
- Helping coordinate appointments
- Preparing documentation
- Providing general office support to the surveyors
She understands that arranging a survey can feel unfamiliar or even slightly overwhelming for some homeowners. Kirsty helps make the process straightforward, keeping communication clear and friendly from the first enquiry onwards.
A Friendly Point of Contact
Since joining the practice, Kirsty has become a reassuring and approachable presence for clients. Her background in events means she is used to keeping things organised and on track, ensuring each stage of the process runs as it should.
Outside of Work
Away from the office, Kirsty is a busy mum of three. She enjoys keeping fit and spending time with family and friends — interests that reflect her energetic and people-focused nature.
